Why should Roseau be on your travel wish list? If you’re a fan of the Caribbean…. I believe that Roseau (the capital of Dominica) should be on the top of your list! It’s a hidden gem and the perfect place to reset, as there are no chain resorts on this island. If you’re an adventurous tourist who enjoys connecting with nature, or someone who is captivated by picturesque landscapes. This may be the place for you as 75% of the island is covered by rainforest. Unlike it’s island counterparts, Dominica is not sought out by droves of international travelers who are only looking to party, eat buffet dinners and plop down at pool bars. Dominica is for the tourist that wants to immerse themselves within the local population.
